Highways – reporting faults

Please be aware Highways no longer accept new reports via email. To report a new defect you can do this at the following web page: www.staffordshire.gov.uk/reportit

Alternatively, next time you have an issue, please download the MyStaffs mobile app which is free to download on a smartphone or tablet. You can report problems immediately on-the-go, plot the exact location and can even attach photos.

Once reported, you will receive automated e-mail updates from Amey-Staffordshire regarding the progress of your enquiry and you can also check the status of your report online at any time using your report reference number.

For all other enquiries they will endeavour to respond to you within 7-10 working days. During busy periods (e.g. extreme or adverse weather) enquiries may take longer to respond to.
