The Parish Clerk serves as the “Proper Officer” and legal advisor, ensuring the council operates within the law and manages its finances with total transparency.

With the support of the Assistant Clerk, they take an active lead in community engagement, the organisation of local events, and the management of parish assets and local services.

The five Parish Operatives are the hands-on team dedicated to maintaining the village, carrying out minor repairs and ensuring Bilbrook remains tidy for all residents.

The Housekeeper plays a vital role in ensuring our community facilities are well-maintained for everyone who uses them.
