New Bus Shelter and Real Time Passenger Information (RTPI)

The Parish Council has been working in partnership with Staffordshire County Council to improve the bus stops in Bilbrook. This includes:-

  • Installing a new bus shelter at the bus stop in front of Duck Lane Shops.
  • Relocating two bus stops to improve passenger safety. Firstly, the bus stop on Duck Lane has been move in front of the Woodman Car Park, providing a designated waiting area away from the roadside, including seating. Secondly, the bus stop on Bilbrook Road has been relocated from its previous position in front of a dangerous telegraph pole in front of Bilbrook Pharmacy to a safer location further along, in front of a residential property.
  • Installing two Real Time Passenger Information (RTPI) screens at the bus stop in front of Duck Lane Shops and the bus stop next to Bilbrook Train Station
