Bilbrook Parish Council has been developing a draft Neighbourhood Plan, which aims to set out a vision and planning policies for Bilbrook for the coming years to 2038. The council’s draft Neighbourhood Plan includes the following policies:

BB02 Neighbourhood Centres
BB03 Landscape and Natural Environment
BB04 Heritage
BB05 Place and Design
BB06 Active Travel
BB07 Local Green Space
The Neighbourhood Plan will be tested at an independent examination and then be subject to a public referendum. If successful, the Plan will become statutory policy to inform planning decisions. This consultation is your chance to have your say on Bilbrook’s draft Neighbourhood Plan before examination and referendum. The consultation runs from 09:00 on 27th May 2025 to 09:00 on 8th July 2025.

Alternatively, hard copies of the Draft Neighbourhood Plan can be viewed at the following locations, where you can obtain a hard copy feedback form. Forms can be posted in the letter box at Bilbrook Village Hall or to The Assistant Clerk, Bilbrook Parish Council, Bilbrook Village Hall, Joey’s Lane, Bilbrook WV8 1JL.
