- Littering – The Great British Spring Clean – The Climate Action Group holds litter picking events during the year in conjunction with the Friends of Bilbrook. See details of the last one in March 2025.
- Anti-idling campaign with local schools.

- Wildflower areas around Bilbrook & No Mow May
